Please choose one and leave me a message in the comments here! The drawing will be on Monday, February 8th at 8:00 PM eastern time. Thanks for sharing!
oh, an here’s the painting in full!

Loving the bluebird! Its a gorgeous blue that you used, and I sense how focused she is on her goal, whatever that might be. I can almost feel the wind as it carries her swiftly past me.
I have been drawn to the fox, he is in the most interesting position… i cant quite figure him out… so he is my very favorite, the the painting as a whole is just wonderful… what wonderful ideas you have! thanks for sharing!
I love the naughty little rabbit!
I love all your lovely art, but I think this painting is my favourite, with all the different critters to look at!
it’s really hard to decide just for one, but I loved that owl
the whole painting is amazing.
This painting is one of your best IMO. Love the rabbit best!
I love this painting! My favorite is the goose; the details on her feathers are beautiful, and the vivid red ribbon looks so pretty next to her!
that owl makes my heart skip
…my eye is always drawn to the fox…such an incongruous position…a clever wily animal perched precariously….
I do believe this is my favorite painting of yours. I love that curious fox…but I also adore the wee bat. Massively so.
I do adore the * F O X * !
Because his position makes him look like he’s asleep. So, instead of “sleepwalking” this little cutie pulls pretty women’s hair. What an original way of somnambulism !

PS : What a fabulous package !
I like the fox the best. I hope I win!
i adore the goose! she is so detailed and lovely. as with all your work!
Just as many before me, I must choose the fox pulling on the hair. I’ve had a good think about it, and came to the conclusion that it must be because of the rather “needy” expression of his clever bodyposition – it seems very human, childlike, in some way, and therefor speaks to me. Anyone who’ll win your package would be a lucky bastard
oh i am definitely in but it is so hard to choose just one! i think my tops are the fox, the faun and the rabbit but i am going to go all out and say the goose because i don’t see that animal often…
My favorite is the goose. It’s my favorite because I call my partner this–goose. I think it derived from calling him “silly goose.” The word now takes on all forms, but I most commonly call him little goose in Spanish, now, which is gansito. Your depiction is quite a sentimental favorite of mine, I guess.
Ohhh, the fox!
Hugs
U.
The pretty little bluebird is my favorite! I love getting a rare glimpse of bluebirds in my yard in the spring. I have a couple houses for them that they took advantage of last year!
We moved from the city to a pretty old home in the country and have enjoyed all of the wildlife as in your lovely painting. Our favorite new neighbor is the fox that my girls love to spy on the humt for squirrel, not hair. so cute!
I would have to say the goose, such fine delicate detail. It is a wonderful painting.
i stumbled upon your site the other day i LOVE your art work and photos. i true inspiration,
i love the fox in your painting! i have always loved foxes after reading “fantastic mr. fox.” such mysterious animals.
I love this painting! and my favourites are fox and fawn, but to choose one I guess it’s the fox, I like his look of light-as-a-feather suspension.
Nice to meet you! Sara!
I found your blog accidentally before, and the picture and all the lifestyles came to love it!
I am a girl living in Japan.
I’m afraid I cannot express what I think in English well, but I hope you can manage to understand it
I cannot draw the picture.
But I do collage with a photograph and various material.
In addition, I love that I write poetry.
And I like that I make accessories in the same way as you.
I use rabbits for the motif of accessories well.
But a fox may be the best when I watch your picture.
Because I have a feeling that the unkind place of the fox resembles me:)
Your picture is mysterious.
At the time of solitude, I am not lonely either.
Time to imagine it alone and the splendor are jam-packed!
Please continue drawing a wonderful picture from now on.
The fox reminds me of my cat William – who is orange with a fluffy tail. He is my favorite!
To pick a favourite is very hard, because several of the birds/animals means something special to me in different ways, but I think I have to choose the fox this time and here`s the reason:
When I grew up we had a large flatcoated retriever who spent his days in our garden. We lived right beside the forest so he had plenty of room to play. One day we heard strange noises from the garden, and when we took a look we saw our dog playing with a beautiful red fox. Yes, they were actually playing… and about an hour later we found them both sleeping in the garden, only a few meters appart.
The fox on your painting look so playful, just like the one we saw back then
Hi Sarah,
My favourite is the fox…because I spent so long in London hoping to see one (and then I met the man of my dreams and saw three in a short space of time!). Also because, like you, I think tendrils of hair in strange places are beautiful . (-; Love your work!
Hi Sarah!
I enjoy reading your blog—-
and your art are an inspiration.
Well if I must choose,I choose the Fox.
Like all the others,:-)
I canīt really explain why—-
Sarah, I love the way you paint birds. I think that you capture more than the shape of the bird, the vibrant colours; you manage to paint the very essence of flight, the thrill of it. For this reason, I choose the bluebird as my favourite. I love them for the bright punches of colour pulling the ribbons and hair into that whimsical, surreal circle of animals…they really guide the eye into following the path from the first girl up and around to the second one. Birds always hold a special meaning for me, too.
the goose, because i like both the goose and the bluebird and in the goose i can spot the bluebird in the background too! the goose is heading upwards, going higher, towards the clouds, towards dreams.
lovely work.
Hi Sarah
Thanks for stopping by at my blog.
I love all the animals! …..
Bu,t I have to choose the naughty fox tugging on the girls hair.
Have a magical day!

Oh, such a hard choice! I think I’m going to have to say the faun. What a lovely giveaway! Keeping my fingers crossed!
Caroline
Oh my oh my oh my! How I would love to win this! What an awesome giveaway!~
I think my favorite is the fox. Just something about him, love his little face. This is such a beautiful painting. Love it!~
i love the little fox! it’s just too cute. (:
The fox the fox the fox!!!
I just love them all! Each and every one. If forced to decide I guess I would have to choose the owl as they are my favorite creatures! I love the painting and the giveaway is to die for! Keeping my fingers crossed!
I love the detail in the goose
All of them are gorgeous
They are all wonderful, but I think the fox is my favorite!
What a great giveaway! I do love owls!
i have to choose the fox.. one ran through my garden this morning while i was making coffee and made my day
Barn owl! Barn owl!
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog the other day!
This is quite a generous giveaway, and I think this new painting is just beautiful. All the animals are extremely charming, but I have a particular fondness for the goose, I think. I have a very strong sense memory of watching geese flying, and you’ve really captured what they look like.
have a great day!
I love the bluebird! I have been absolutely charmed by birds for the past year or two. Count me in!
I think it must be the bluebird. I had a bird-theme at my wedding, and two birds atop my cake, so I have a special love of birds and bird motifs. And your blue bird is so very pretty.
i choose the owl
What a beautiful and generous package!
I adore your work, and can hardly chose ONE favorite creature from this painting.
I might say the fawn, because I’ve always been fond of deer. Then again, I could say the fox.. because as a young girl I wished to have one as a pet.
And.. well.. I love the birds because of their grace and beauty.
Just a lovely painting; thank you for the chance to win!
Oh! What a lovely giveaway!
My favorite animal from the painting is the rabbit… but that is perhaps because I have a pet rabbit so I am partial to them.
The rabbit jumping into the birds nest. Super wonderful. Love your work.
The bluebird! Horray for your giveaway – Thanks for offering these beauties!
I love the fox. I have a print of yours with two little foxes that sits next to my bed and I love them too…
Ohhhh, pick me, pick me! I’m a fan of your artwork. My favourite animal is the rabbit but I’m thinkin’ that the fox is up to something. What exactly is he up to? Why is he tugging her hair? Is he floating up into the sky…and that is why he is holding her hair…? Hmmm… Your artwork always tells a story.
I love the complete animal chain around the girls hair, it is so vivid. I like the bluebird the best, bright and spirited and so blue. Great composition.
Great Giveaway, and beautiful painting! The fox has to be my favorite, (but they’re all beautiful.)
I love the bluebird because I would be so happy to see one in my snowy clime right now!
Lovely painting and contest. Thank you
I hope I win! I look at your wonderful lockets every chance I get. The bluebird is my favorite. He just makes my heart happy to see him. I love your work.
I do so enjoy the fox! Many thanks for sharing your lovely art with us all. Inspiring it is!
My favorite is the brown and white bunny. I love the painting and what a great giveaway!
Lisa
i lopve the bluebird, the one on the right
My favorite is the fox. Where I live, I am always on the lookout for them, particularly because our country road is named Foxlair. But I always just miss them. I almost saw one cross our pasture but it was too far past twilight to make out any detail. Then again, three seemed to be running along the edge of the woods that I caught out of the corner of my eye, gone by the time my vision focused and my head turned. A little pull on the hair when one isn’t looking seems like just the sort of thing they might do.
I like the owl the best. He’s majestic.
Jess
i love your picture! Its like ones of Frida Kahlo……….
My favourite its the owl,always.
I want participate from Spain, and i post you in my craftblog.
My email is in my profile of the blog.
Thanks
I adore the fox. My brother had an imaginary friend that was a fox when we were growing up. I was always jealous that he spent so much time with that fox and also that he was creative enough to come up with such an eleborate character.
Lovely painting!
Oh how nice is your works! Really love them.
I love the blue bird, and I fell lucky this days.
Kiss
My favorite would be the owl. Particularly because you selected my personal favorite – the barn owl. All owls impart – to me – a sense of infinite wisdom and knowledge. But there is also such sweetness in their faces. Interestingly enough, they do not hoot – they make more of a screeching sound. I was fortunate enough to take photos of one such feathered friend up close a few years back. The position of Mr. Owl in your painting looks as though he’s forming the circle himself! This is truly one of my favorite paintings of yours!!!
oh me oh my!! What a lovely set of pretties! : ) My favorite…so hard to choose, is the fawn or the fox, fawn, or fox, fawn or fox……oh…..I choose the fox!! : ) (Followed closely behind by, you guessed it, Mr. Fox)! Your work is always so breathtaking!
Great blog!
I really like your paintings. I have to say the bluebird is my favorite though. I just have a thing for birds.
Oh goody goodness, what a difficult choice. But…I adore rabbits and nests, so I would have to choose the rabbit!
I have admired your work on Etsy for quite some time. I have two shops there as well. One for my art and the other for my vintage photo collection.
Dare I ask, would you care to exchange blog links?

Oh! it’s sooo difficult to choose only one!!
I like your paints!!
Un besito
oh, the bluebird of happiness always!
i love the goose the most. the red ribbon, and his colors are great. i love that painting!
Although my last name actually means ‘fox’, I have a thing for bunnies. The one I like the best, is the one jumping down into the nest. Beautiful artwork! Thanks for entering me in the giveaway!
I’d like to say the bat, even though he isn’t one of the major ones…he seems to be the only one apart fro the cycle, flying in a different direction altogether. Rebel bat!
But if not, I’ll go for the rabbit going into the nest because my rabbit died a few days ago, back into the great rabbit hole/nest in the sky. Gawsh I’m sentimental
Ces illustrations sont “toutes” superbes!!!
I do believe my favorite is the fox. There is something so playful about them!
I heart the blue bird.
I heart all the birds there is.
And I especially heart my budgie Zlatan who sleeps in my hand when I’m sad.
But if I win he doesn’t have to sleep in my hand no more
i’ve already entered in this (fingers crossed) but i also wanted to let you know that i was tagged on my littlebighead blog and now i have tagged you too. see here for more info: http://mylittlebighead.blogspot.com/2009/02/little-witch-was-tagged.html
Your goose is my fav!
Thanks for this giveaway!
not an easy question to answer – i like the robins…
but from your choices – i choose the owl.
i love the shape, it reminds me of a maple seed falling.
I nearly missed this in my blog reader! I adore your fox—I’ve always been very fond of bears but lately foxes have been catching my eye.
I am loving the BLUEBIRD! =)

I love the owl.
I have a thing about nighttime.
Great site, thanks for the giveaway.
Hello,
I just found this blog through My Little Big Head’s blog. Lovely artwork! I share my arts and crafts at this blog: http://www.littlewhitepaw.blogspot.com.
And great timing! You’re having a giveaway.
My favorite is the fox (and the owl). I hope I’m not disqualified for putting another animal in parenthesis.
Certainly the fox – what a graceful arch to its back!
i love the goose. he/she looks quite eloquent with that ribbon.
Well my favorite is the fox of course:)
My favorite animal must be the bat. I’m so glad you included a bat in your painting! !
A lucky winner indeed! This is a really nice giveaway of your wonderful work. My favorite animal in your painting is the owl. Everyone else is following the flow of things and he’s reading the womens faces and looks as if he wants to back out of the whole mix with some hesitancy.
Well, I love critters, so this is tricky! LOL! I think I would go with the fox. The way you have depicted him is so how I view foxes…sweet and gentle. He is my favorite!
the bluebird caught my eye first!
The fox. What beautiful work. Haven’t seen something like this in a long time!
Love the fox. Beautiful!

The owl is my favorite!
p.s. this painting is pretty haunting. It has such an unsettling element to it. I love it!
I like the goose!
I love the goose pulling the red ribbon!
Hey! It is awesome that you are having a drawing of some of your fabulous work! It would be an honor to win such a prize! I love the blue bird because it is my favorite bird and I love the wing detail you created! I also like how it is sweeping down in the rainbow of animals almost like it helps to keep the movement going! The animals become verbs- telling a story of movement with joy and sadness.
Love the work!
i’m favoring the bluebird of happiness!!!
i just found your work tonight on etsy & love love love it!!!
so inspiring!!!
i have to go look at the rest now!!!
