But for now&#8230;<br \/>\nWanderings.<\/p>\n<p>\nWhat is it about sitting in a sun-drenched wildflower field, late afternoon, in the fall?  The filed was blooming with michaelmas daisies, goldenrod and milkweed pods about to burst. <\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarahblankstudios.com\/images\/blog\/090930_1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarahblankstudios.com\/images\/blog\/090930_2.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarahblankstudios.com\/images\/blog\/090930_3.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>We took a little trip down the Delaware River to New Hope, PA for the arts festival (and to explore the alleyways and gawk at the stone dwellings). Walked around and looked at the art stalls, went in the bookstore&#8230; it&#8217;s always been my favorite little river town rich in history with some of the earliest <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Stone-Houses-Traditional-Pennsylvanias-Brandywine\/dp\/0847826872\">and most significant stone buildings in the United States.<\/a><br \/>\nAntique home by the back street canal, wrought iron gates and ivy.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarahblankstudios.com\/images\/blog\/09030_4.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarahblankstudios.com\/images\/blog\/090930_5.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarahblankstudios.com\/images\/blog\/090930_8.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\nEarly 1700&#8217;s stone building, in town.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarahblankstudios.com\/images\/blog\/090930_6.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Then we drove up to Frenchtown, NJ for a bit. It was totally appropriate because I just finished reading <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Eat-Pray-Love-Everything-Indonesia\/dp\/0670034711\">&#8220;Eat Pray Love&#8221;<\/a> by Elizabeth Gilbert and she lives there! <\/p>\n<p>Favorite Victorian in the wee town&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarahblankstudios.com\/images\/blog\/090930_7.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New art tomorrow!
